1.4. WE CANNOT ACCURATELY DETERMINE HOW MANY BITCOINS AND/OR ANY OTHER CRYPTOCURRENCY WILL BE MINED BY ANY MINER ON ANY PARTICULAR CLOUD DEVICE.
1.5. By submitting an application to register as a Miner, you confirm that you understand and accept (and are capable of understanding and accepting) the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them. 1.6. You may apply to register as a Miner only if:
1.6.1. You are over 18 years of age and are recognized under the laws of the country where you are located as a person with full legal capacity and able to independently bear civil obligations;

1.7. In order for you to register as a Miner, we may require you to provide identification or other information for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering purposes. Such information may include photo identification and proof of address. We may also independently analyze identification, fraud-related, and financial information. By submitting an application to register as a Miner on the HASH2CASH service, you automatically give formal consent to the processing of your personal data by our Service.
1.8. Miners are prohibited from using the Service through anonymous proxies (such as Tor) and other services or technologies that conceal the user’s actual Internet connection.
2. RISK NOTICE
2.1. Transactions involving Cryptocurrencies carry inherent risks. As Cryptocurrencies are unregulated and decentralized, their value is not insured by any legal entity.
2.2. You must not use, purchase, sell, exchange, hold, own, or otherwise interact with Cryptocurrencies if doing so is prohibited by laws or regulations applicable to you.
2.3. Certain Cryptocurrencies may be prohibited for use by some persons. Before mining any Cryptocurrencies, you should familiarize yourself with them to ensure that you are permitted to use them. Like all currencies, Cryptocurrencies have disadvantages in use. Certain risks associated with the use of Cryptocurrencies include:
2.3.1. Exchange rate fluctuations: the price of Bitcoin and/or any other Cryptocurrency may drop significantly, including potentially to zero;
2.3.2. Cryptocurrency transactions may remain unconfirmed for a certain period of time. In some cases, though relatively rarely, certain transactions remain unconfirmed indefinitely, and an unconfirmed transaction cannot be completed;
2.3.3. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible: if you send a quantity of Cryptocurrency to the wrong person, you will not be able to recover those funds;
2.3.4. Cryptocurrencies may be lost if you lose or forget PIN codes or passwords required to access such Cryptocurrencies and related transactions;
2.3.5. Unknown technical defects inherent in Cryptocurrencies;
2.3.6. Introduction of new regulatory measures affecting the use of Cryptocurrencies.
2.4. The value of any contract and any quantity of any Cryptocurrency depends on factors beyond the control of the HASH2CASH Service and may change based on external conditions, including, without limitation, changes in mining difficulty and/or other mining parameters/properties, price fluctuations (exchange rate of fiat currency to Cryptocurrency), and depreciation of mining equipment. You understand and agree that any Contract and any amount of Cryptocurrency may lose value at any time due to the nature of Cryptocurrencies. You understand that you bear sole responsibility for managing your Cryptocurrencies in your Balance, as well as for any losses or fees related to the actions of any third party or any state in whose territory you are located.
2.5. Any information relating to Cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency mining that has been posted, published, and/or provided by HASH2CASH through any communication channel (including, without limitation, through the Interface, Support Service, email newsletters, or social media) may be changed unilaterally by the Service.
2.6. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you confirm that you understand, are capable of understanding, and accept the risks associated with Cryptocurrencies.
3. REGISTRATION
3.1. By submitting an application to register on the HASH2CASH service, you make an offer to enter into this Agreement on these terms.
3.2. Only we may decide whether to accept registration. If your application is accepted, this Agreement is automatically concluded between you and us.
3.3. Subject to full compliance with all rights granted to us by law, you may not revoke this Agreement concluded under these terms.
4. ACCOUNT
4.1. In order to register, you will need to connect to the HASH2CASH Service through your Telegram account using your electronic wallet. In order to withdraw funds, you must provide at least one Cryptocurrency wallet address that you use.
4.2. Only you have access to your Telegram account and your electronic wallets. You are solely responsible for any losses caused if you disclose this information to third parties or grant third parties access to it. The Operator of the HASH2CASH Service shall not be liable in such cases.
4.3. When you register on the HASH2CASH Service, you may submit an application to manage a Device. This application allows you to specify the capacity of the Cloud Device you require. Only HASH2CASH decides whether to fulfill the application, and acceptance depends, among other things, on the availability of the capacity of the equipment used by the Service. Until then, the application remains pending, and HASH2CASH reserves the right to reject your payment.
4.4. After registration on the HASH2CASH Service, you purchase the internal currency of the project, the “H2C Token,” using USDT or TON cryptocurrency through the Telegram mini app. After purchasing the H2C Token, you are credited with computing power (TH/s).
4.5. Confirmation of your order will be provided through a purchase notification in the Telegram bot.
4.6. BTC is credited to the user daily depending on the amount of accumulated power minus electricity fees. BTC may be withdrawn once the established minimum threshold is reached. Subject to payment of all applicable fees, Miners will be able to receive an amount of Cryptocurrency corresponding to the computing power of the Cloud Device and the period during which the Cloud Device is engaged in mining. Miners may manage the Cloud Device only during the term of the Contract. Mined Cryptocurrencies will be transferred to your wallet upon your request, provided that such request is confirmed.
4.7. If you lose access to your Account, the HASH2CASH Service will not be able to restore such access and shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from your loss of access to the Account.
5. USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT
5.1. You may mine Cryptocurrencies only for your own benefit. By using the HASH2CASH Service, you confirm that you are not acting in the interests of any other person or entity.
5.2. We are entitled to assume that any actions taken through your Account were made by you. You bear sole responsibility for any use of the Service under your Account.
5.3. You may have only one Account.
5.4. DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANY OTHER PERSON, NOR ALLOW ANY OTHER PERSON TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY IMPROPER USE OF YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON. IF YOU HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT ANY OTHER PERSON KNOWS YOUR PASSWORD, OR THAT YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN USED BY ANOTHER PERSON, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.
6. RESTRICTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
6.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, and all rules applicable to the use of the HASH2CASH Service.
6.2. You agree to provide information honestly and not to misrepresent information in any interactions with HASH2CASH.
6.3. You are prohibited from abusing any promotions, discounts, bonuses, or similar offers made available by HASH2CASH and/or its partners from time to time.
6.4. You are not permitted to use any means of concealing your Internet traffic or IP address (for example, Proxy, Tor, VPN, and similar tools).
6.5. You are strictly prohibited from using or exploiting design flaws of the Service and/or any of its parts, and/or documented functions and features, and/or “software bugs” for commercial/personal purposes and/or for destabilizing the operation of the Service. If you accidentally encounter such an issue, you must report it to the Support Service at https://t.me/official_hash2cash_bot
7. MINING MANAGEMENT
7.1. During the term of the Contract, you may use the HASH2CASH Service as follows:
7.1.1. Through the Support Service, deactivate or reactivate your Account and terminate the Contract;
7.1.2. Modify certain parameters of your Cloud Device;
7.1.3. Change the address of your cryptocurrency wallet.
7.2. Subject to payment of the Contract and additional fees, you may use the HASH2CASH Service to:
7.2.1. Add a new Device or upgrade an existing Contract;
7.2.2. Increase the existing capacity of your Device.
8. USER BALANCE
8.1. Your Balance in the Interface of the HASH2CASH Service is the amount of funds available to you for use.
8.2. The Service may maintain several Balances at once. Currently, the following types of Balances are available:
8.2.1. BTC Balance is denominated in BTC (Bitcoin) to eight decimal places, i.e. 0.00000001 BTC.
8.3. Other cryptocurrency Balances may be introduced and/or removed at any time.
8.4. Funds obtained through mining will be transferred directly to your Balance. This may take up to 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of mining.
8.5. Income is not guaranteed, but BTC is accrued at the rate of the trust pool for the previous day.
8.6. The Balance may be used as follows:
8.6.1. You may withdraw funds from your Balance at any time if it meets the minimum withdrawal requirements, unless otherwise specified (this condition may be changed).
8.6.2. You may purchase additional Contract(s) for Cloud Device(s) in order to increase your total Hashrate.
8.7. HASH2CASH reserves the right to recalculate Balance(s), Cloud Device capacity, hashing speed, and algorithms, including but not limited to cases where it is necessary to correct errors or discrepancies in the Service.
8.8. A Balance may be negative. In such case, the Balance must be replenished to the minimum positive level before withdrawals and/or purchases can be made from it.
8.9. Withdrawal fees from the Balance shall be paid by the User.
9. FEES
9.1. We provide individual users with a platform that allows them to mine Cryptocurrencies using our Mining Equipment. In return, we charge fees for periodic maintenance of the Equipment and electricity (“Fees”). The amount of the fees is calculated based on the amount of electricity consumed and the cost of servicing the relevant Mining Equipment. Equipment maintenance costs include, without limitation: equipment setup, data center lease payments, testing of Mining Pools, employee salaries, expenses for future development and inspections, software development, replacement of worn or missing equipment parts, and other costs necessary to provide the highest quality service. Some types of Contracts do not involve periodic Fees. The existence and description of all Fees for various Contracts can be clarified on the Service.
9.2. The monthly electricity fee is fixed and calculated according to the following formula:
F = A * q * S * 720 h, where:
A = actual hashrate measured in H/s;
q = power consumption (power/hashrate) measured in kW/h/s;
S = electricity cost (average for the previous 2 months) expressed in USD/kWh;
720 hours = number of hours in 1 month (based on 30 business days).
9.3. Fees are deducted from your Balance once per day immediately after payouts are made for all active Cloud Devices (if more than one is active).
9.4. HASH2CASH reserves the right to change the amount of the Fees at any time without prior notice.
9.5. Fees are non-refundable.

12. TERM OF THE CONTRACT AND MINING
12.1. This Agreement is of indefinite duration and remains valid even after the Account has ceased to exist.
12.2. Unless otherwise specified, the term of a Contract for the use of HASH2CASH Devices is unlimited by default. The Contract remains valid as long as it is profitable, until its term expires, or until it is terminated (see Section 12), whichever occurs first.
